1. General

These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") govern the use of the PuugVPN service (the "Service"). By using the Service, you confirm that you have read and fully accept these Terms.

The Service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted operation.

2. Registration and Account

• Registration is done via the Telegram bot @PuugVpnbot or through the dashboard on the website.
• You must provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for maintaining access to your account.
• Sharing your account with third parties is prohibited.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Use the Service for lawful purposes only.
• Not engage in any illegal activities using the Service.
• Not distribute malicious software.
• Not use the Service for sending spam.
• Not attempt hacking or cyberattacks.
• Not infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties.
• Not share account access with third parties.

4. Service Terms

• The Service provides a free trial period of 3 days (once per user).
• A subscription allows 1 or 4 simultaneous device connections depending on the selected plan.
• The Service reserves the right to limit speed in cases of excessive resource usage.
• The administration does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and may perform technical maintenance.

5. Payment and Refunds

• Subscription payments are accepted via: cryptocurrency or Telegram Stars.
• Subscription prices may change unilaterally with notice to users.
• Refunds are not provided except as required by applicable law.

6. Privacy

The Service follows a strict no-logs policy. We collect only the minimum necessary information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Liability

• The Service administration is not responsible for user actions.
• The administration is not liable for technical failures caused by third parties.
• The maximum liability of the Service is limited to the amount paid by the user for the current subscription period.

8. Account Suspension

The administration may suspend an account without refund in the following cases:

• Violation of this Agreement.
• Use of the Service for unlawful purposes.
• Non-payment of subscription.
• By request of authorized government authorities.

You may cancel your subscription at any time.
